After quietly shelving the Base model last year, Ford is bringing the Bronco back – along with some surprising updates that reshape the entire pricing structure. The most attention-grabbing change? A massive $10,000 price drop on one specific model, making the brawniest Bronco a bit more within reach.
But that’s not all: four trims are gone, standard features are up, and new packages give buyers more ways to personalize their rigs. Whether you’re an off-road purist or just here for the nostalgia-laced Free Wheeling package, there’s something new (and in some cases, cheaper) waiting in the 2025 catalog.
Return of the Base Trim
After a hiatus in 2024, the Bronco Base model makes a comeback for 2025, offering an entry point into the lineup. Priced at $37,995 for both two-door and four-door versions (excluding destination fees), the Base trim provides essential features for off-road enthusiasts.

It comes standard with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed manual transmission. A 10-speed automatic transmission is available as an option.
The Base model includes 16-inch steel wheels, LED headlights, a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen with FordPass Connect. The Sasquatch Package remains an option, adding 35-inch tires, beadlock-capable wheels, and electronic locking differentials.
Significant Price Adjustments
Ford has implemented notable pricing changes across the 2025 Bronco lineup.
The high-performance Bronco Raptor sees a substantial price reduction of $10,040, bringing its starting MSRP to $79,995.

Conversely, the Base trim experiences a price increase of $1,000 compared to previous listings. Other trims, such as the Big Bend and Badlands, see moderate price adjustments, with the Big Bend increasing by $850 and the Badlands decreasing by $1,000 for the four-door variant.

Trim Lineup Changes
The 2025 Bronco lineup undergoes a reshuffling, with the discontinuation of four trims: Black Diamond, Wildtrak, Everglades, and Heritage Limited Edition. To fill the gap left by the Wildtrak, Ford introduces the Stroppe Special Edition, inspired by the Baja 1000-winning Bronco of 1969.
The Stroppe Edition features a 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivering 330 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, along with advanced off-road equipment such as the HOSS 3.0 suspension system with Fox shocks.

New Appearance Packages
Ford adds new customization options for the 2025 Bronco, including the Free Wheeling and Black Appearance packages. The Free Wheeling package, available on the Big Bend trim, offers retro-inspired styling with sunset-colored decals and unique interior accents.
The Black Appearance package provides a more aggressive look with blacked-out exterior elements and distinctive graphics.
Enhanced Standard Features
Across the 2025 Bronco lineup, Ford enhances standard equipment to improve comfort and convenience. All models now feature a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, replacing the previous 8-inch display.
Four-door variants receive rear air conditioning vents, and overall interior insulation has been improved for a quieter ride.
